Terms of Service

Effective: November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Her Health Value ("we," "us"), a small business run by David. They cover this website, the free Good Week Tracker, and the More Good Weeks program and app. By using the site or buying the program, you agree to them.

1. Education, not medical care

More Good Weeks teaches habits and helps you plan. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't make us your health care provider. David is not a doctor.

Talk to your doctor about your own health. Check with your doctor before you start new exercise or change how you eat, especially if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint problems or another health condition, or have been told to avoid exercise. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, chest pain or trouble breathing, and get medical help.

The app's guess about when your next hard week might start is a rough estimate from the dates you enter. It isn't a medical prediction. Never use it as birth control or to plan or prevent a pregnancy.

If you're thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (US). In an emergency, call 911.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. The program is built for women about 40 to 55, but anyone 18 or older may join. Each purchase is for one person.

3. The Founding Group

We may improve the lessons, tools and app over time.

4. Payment

Whop runs our checkout and processes payments, so Whop's terms also apply to your purchase. We never see your full card number.

5. Our two guarantees

Full refund for any reason. Ask by 11:59 pm Central on Sunday, December 13, 2026. No questions asked.

"Do the work" guarantee. You get a full refund if all three of these are true:

  1. You logged your nights in the app's tracker.
  2. You sent at least 10 of the 12 weekly check-ins in the app.
  3. Your tracker shows the same number of good days, or fewer, in weeks 9 to 12 (January 25 to February 21, 2027) as in weeks 1 to 4 (November 30 to December 27, 2026).

Ask by Sunday, March 7, 2027. We go by the totals on your app's scoreboard.

How to ask. Email herhealthvalue@yahoo.com from the email you used at checkout. We'll start your refund within 5 business days. It goes back to your original payment method through Whop, and your bank may take a few more days to show it. After a refund, your app access ends. You can keep any PDFs you already downloaded.

If we cancel the program before it starts, you'll get a full refund.

If something is wrong, please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We'll work it out with you.

6. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. Don't share your access. We may suspend access that's shared or misused, or if a payment is reversed.

7. Group chat rules

Be kind. Don't sell anything, spam, or post links to other offers. Don't give medical advice, and never tell anyone to change a medicine or treatment. Keep what other women share private. We may remove posts, or people, that break these rules. Whop's rules apply in the chat too.

8. Our content

The lessons, PDFs, app and designs belong to Her Health Value. You may use them for yourself. Please don't copy, share, sell or post them. The public health sources we cite belong to their owners.

9. Results

Everyone's body and life are different. We promise the plan, not your body. Results depend on you, your health and your life.

10. Disclaimers and limits

We provide the site, app and program "as is." We work to keep them running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises or warranties, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. A change won't apply to a purchase you made before it unless you agree.

12. Texas law and disputes

Texas law governs these terms. If there's a problem, email us first, and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may take it to the state or federal courts in Texas.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information.
