Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how Her Health Value ("we," "us") handles consumer health data in the More Good Weeks app, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.
What we collect and why
We collect consumer health data only from you, when you enter it in the app, and only after you agree to it in the app.
- Setup answers: whether you still get periods; if you choose to share them, the first day of your last period and your usual cycle length; how many good weeks you usually have; what gets in your way on hard days (such as low energy, low mood, cravings, poor sleep, brain fog, or hot flashes and night sweats); and whether to skip strength sessions because a doctor told you to avoid exercise. Why: to build your Start Plan, suggest where to start, estimate when your next hard week might start if you shared your dates, and swap out strength sessions if needed.
- Nightly tracker: how your day was; how much low energy, mood, cravings, brain fog, stress and sleep got in your way; hours slept; hot flashes or night sweats; period or spotting; movement; your Daily Downshift; and any notes. Why: to show your pattern, count your good days, run your scoreboard, and show a note suggesting your doctor and 988 if your mood has been low on several recent days.
- Weekly check-ins and chair test numbers. Why: for your weekly review and progress, and to decide a "do the work" guarantee request if you make one.
- What the app works out from your entries: your good-day totals and the estimate of your next hard week. Why: to show them to you, and for guarantee requests.
The safety questions in setup aren't saved, except whether to skip strength sessions.
We use this data only to run the program you asked for, keep it safe, handle your requests and follow the law. We never use it for ads.
Sharing
We don't sell your consumer health data, and we don't share it with any third parties or affiliates. Our service provider Lovable (Lovable Cloud) hosts the app and stores this data for us under contract, only so we can run the program. We'll share your data only if you ask us to or if the law requires it. No ad platform or other third party collects data from the app.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data.
- Get a copy of it, plus a list of any third parties or affiliates we've shared it with and how to contact them.
- Withdraw your consent. We'll then delete your health data, and the tracker and Start Plan will stop working for you.
- Have it deleted. We'll also have our service provider delete it.
How to ask: email herhealthvalue@yahoo.com with the subject "Health data request," from the email on your account, so we know it's you. We'll answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why, and we'll take no more than 45 extra days. Requests are free, up to twice a year.
Appeals: if we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll answer within 45 days. If we still say no, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov, or with your own state's attorney general.
Changes
Before we collect a new kind of health data, or use it for a new purpose, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
