Privacy Policy

Effective: November 3, 2026

Her Health Value ("we," "us") is a small business run by David. We make More Good Weeks, a self-guided 12-week program for women 40+. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in the More Good Weeks app, how we use it, and your choices. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers health information in more detail.

Questions? Email herhealthvalue@yahoo.com.

What we collect

The fit check. Your 3 answers, your result, the time, and which ad or post sent you, if that's in the link. We don't ask for your name or email in the fit check.

The free tracker form. Your first name, your email, whether you checked the box for follow-up emails, which form you used, which ad or post sent you (if that's in the link), and the time.

Your purchase. Whop runs our checkout and takes your payment, so we never see your full card number. Whop tells us your email and whether your purchase is active or refunded.

The More Good Weeks app.

Messages. What you write when you email us. The group chat runs on Whop, so other members and Whop can see what you post there.

Technical information. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit and when. We use cookies and similar tools, like your browser's local storage, to keep you signed in and to count visits.

How we use it

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We never use your setup answers, tracker or check-ins for ads, and we never send them to Meta or any other ad platform.

What we see. Our admin screen shows each member's email, status, number of check-ins and good-day totals. It doesn't show your daily entries or notes. We only look at those if you ask us to (for example, to fix a problem) or if the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the program, and only for that:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of selling the business. A buyer would have to follow this policy for the information we already have.

Ads and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure our ads, we may use the Meta Pixel on our sales page and free tracker page only. It reports page visits. It doesn't receive your fit check answers, anything you type into a form, or anything from the app. Meta may use cookies to link those visits to your Facebook or Instagram account and to your activity on other websites over time. You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Our site doesn't respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.

How long we keep it

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or for a copy of it. Email herhealthvalue@yahoo.com from the email you used with us, so we know it's you. We'll reply within 45 days. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in the email.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. You sign in with an email link, not a password. Database rules let each member see only her own data. No system is perfect, though. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Health information

We're not a doctor's office or other health care provider, so HIPAA doesn't apply to us. We still treat your setup answers, tracker and check-ins as health information. We ask for your consent in the app before you enter them, and we protect them as this policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe.

Children

The site and program are for adults 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 gave us information, we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If the change is important, we'll also email members.
